Sauteed Flank Steak with Arugula and Roasted Cauliflower and Tomatoes

1 lb lean ground beef, pork or chicken
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic (or more)
1 32-oz canned tomato sauce
chopped vegetables like zucchini, tomatoes or cabbage
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon NTM salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cilantro
Brown meat with onions and garlic, add to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. On high for 2 hours.
Optional: Add chopped miracle noodles of choice, after rinsing well.
