1 boneless chicken breast
NTM Salt and Pepper
chili pepper seasoning
1 small zucchini, shredded like spaghetti
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Sprinkle chicken breast with NTM salt, pepper, and chili pepper seasoning. Grill or cook chicken in a non-stick fry pan until thoroughly cooked. Depending on size it should take about 10-12 minutes. Chicken can also be baked in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes, then cut into small cubes and set aside.
Sauté onions with a little water in a non-stick fry pan on a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add spaghetti-style zucchini and continue to sauté for an additional 5 minutes. Add tomato, NTM salt, pepper and chicken and cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Let it sit 2 minutes and then enjoy!!
