Sauteed Flank Steak with Arugula and Roasted Cauliflower and Tomatoes

Several 100 gram whole chicken breast pieces
1/2 cup onion, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
NTM Salt and pepper to taste
Place pieces of chicken in crock pot and cover with enough water so it doesn’t burn. Add spices, onion and garlic. Cook on medium for 3 hours or more. Save juices for sauces and dressings. Variations: add 1 can tomato paste or fresh chopped tomatoes. Try an organic poultry spice mixture for a rich sage flavor.
