What department at Dynamite Specialty Products do you have the most communication with? We suspect it is our fabulous Customer Service Center. They have a critical job in developing customers that consistently refer to themselves as raving fans of all aspects of Dynamite.
To keep everyone in the company close to the heart of what we do, the Customer Service Center started hosting impromptu company-wide hospitality events. These 15-minute breaks allow all employees, from accounting to warehouse, to experience our customer service team serving our distributors and retail customers first-hand. While enjoying homemade waffles and eggs or root beer floats, we listen in on the dozens of phone calls they receive during a 15-minute stretch. What we really learn is that it is us that should be giving THEM a break!
