Sauteed Flank Steak with Arugula and Roasted Cauliflower and Tomatoes
2 handfuls fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 small jalapeno, sliced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 grated garlic clove
2 limes
2 Tb. Coconut Aminos
Salt and Pepper
Tuna Steaks
In a nonstick pan, mix up cilantro and jalapeno and lightly cook until light brown (this takes down the heat a bit). In a bowl add ginger, garlic, limes, aminos, salt and pepper, mix well then divide mixture in half. Put half of this mixture into a pan to simmer for just a couple minutes; then mix back with the raw part, and top onto grilled Tuna steaks.
