Dynamite Price Adjustments to Occur March 2, 2018
Last Price Increase Was Over 2 Years Ago
February 23, 2018
Dynamite will make small adjustments to prices starting March 2, 2018. These increases are planned to offset two unavoidable cost increases that result from our commitment to excellent service and quality products.
Global Vitamin A & E Shortage
We have been working against a global shortage of the precursors to Vitamin A and E that was caused by a manufacturing plant fire in Germany which supplies the world’s source for these vitamins. This shortage has created an unavoidable supply and demand price hike for everyone in the industry. We are grateful to hear that the shortage will have an end sometime in the second half of 2018, but in the meantime, the prices for those ingredients has skyrocketed.

Shipping Increases
The second cost that has been on the rise for a couple of years now is shipping. As internet shopping explodes and freight carriers experience rising demand and costs to improve their systems, all carriers have raised prices. This affects our costs to bring in supplies as well as our costs to ship products to you. We are diligent with our shipping partners to get the best pricing possible. In fact, two of our operations employees, Lavon Calzacorta and Derrin Kennel, recently met with UPS to ensure that our current pricing on both small and large package delivery are receiving full volume discounts.

The corporate values at Dynamite dictate how we manage our finances, and every employee is diligent in cutting necessary costs in order to make our products affordable. We take pride in the fact that we have held our prices the same for over 2 years. Additionally, we are glad to openly discuss the modest March 2nd price increase and offer transparency into the reasons for the adjustments.
