LINDA CAPPOZZOLI, Bronze Director
NBHA FL Senior State Championship 2017 Winner
(story submitted and told by Tina Spangler, Dynamite Director)
Linda has been with Dynamite for 25 years. She was introduced to Dynamite original vitamin years ago when she was training quarter horses down in Pompano Beach. Her mare was not wanting to eat and a man from Washington came with a load of Appaloosas to run and he used the products. She told him “my horse doesn’t want to eat and why would she eat that?” Well, she ate it and started to thrive. Made a believer of Linda. She has tried different products and feed throughout the years but always went back to Dynamite. Her horses stay happy and healthy.
The horse she won the 2017 NBHA FL State Senior Championship on is French N Tonic. A 7 year old by Crown Royal Frenchmen and out of one of their Red Hot Pursuit mares (In Pursuit Of Passion). He gets TNT, Free Choice Minerals, Dyna Pro, Miracle Clay and Dyna Spark as needed; plus grass hay (never straight alfalfa) and Linda mixes her own COB feed of groats, barley and a little cracked corn. Usually half scoop to a full scoop twice a day, depending their work level and the individual. She believes in mostly quality grass hay like orchard as bulk of their diet.
She keeps her horses conditioned by riding or going on the Equizisor. Using Dyna Spark after a hard work to replace electrolytes etc…
Linda won her first ribbon in 1974. Once her daughter was old enough she gave the good ones to her daughter to run. Linda never stopped riding just competing. Linda started competing almost 2 years ago when her daughter got pregnant. She says, she forgot how much fun she was missing.
Linda has 10 horses on the Dynamite products.
She says that winning the state Seniors title was “awesome” but her goal is to Pro Rodeo French N Tonic. She believes he is the one that can do it.
She ran Red Hot Pursuits’ mother for years and some of RHPs babies and On The Money Red’s babies, winning jackpots and more… Her daughter did the big winning on their Dynamite horses. They also sold a lot of young ones that were raised on Dynamite and went on to win big.
When Linda looks for a prospect she always looks at conformation to make sure they are physically made to hold up under the pressure of barrel racing. As far as training, she suggests you should be committed to your equine partners. Make sure that if you don’t know enough to train properly – find someone to help. We all start off needing help and she still listens and learns all the time.
Dynamite products are what she always recommends now. Even when she tried other products (and she tried a lot!), she always came back the Dynamite Foundation Program. Her horses look good, feel good and love the Dynamite feed program.
