Sauteed Flank Steak with Arugula and Roasted Cauliflower and Tomatoes

2 lbs lean ground beef (preferably grass-fed and organic)
1 8-oz can of crushed pineapple (in its own juice), drained well
½ onion, diced
2 teaspoon fresh red chili pepper, finely chopped
NTM salt and pepper to taste
Prepare grill.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until fully incorporated. Form into patties. Grill burgers, turning once until done.
