Pick Your Poison Challenge | 2013
10 oz. grilled white fish (or more if you want leftovers)
2-4 large green cabbage leaves, washed and dried
Lemon or lime wedges
2 green onions, chopped
Cilantro, chopped
NTM salt and pepper, to taste
Lay about 2-3 oz of fish in a large cabbage leaf. Squeeze juice from a lemon or lime wedge over the fish. Top with green onions and cilantro. Season as needed.
Makes approximately 4 tacos.
